On December 24-25, 2016, Prof. Jiang invited Yong Xiao (Assistant professor from the University of Arizona) to give a wonderful talk "Quality-of-Experience (QoE) and Power Efficiency Tradeoff for Fog Computing Networks" in Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics (WNLO). The report introduced two important performance metrics for fog computing networks: quality-of-experience (QoE) and power efficiency. A fundamental tradeoff between QoE and power efficiency was also discussed.
