On October 24–27, 2013, Prof. Tao Jiang, Associate Professor Wei Peng and Doctor Liang Yu attended the 2013 International Conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing (WCSP) in Hangzhou. Associate Professor Wei Peng gave an academic report "Analysis on the Transmission Delay of Priority-Based Secondary Users in Cognitive Radio Networks". Dr. Liang Yu gave an academic report "Risk-constrained Operation for Internet Data Centers under Smart Grid Environment".
