On July 9-11, 2013, Professor Qian Zhang from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, invited by the QoE Oriented Collaborative Computing Communication Theory Research Group, came to Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics for a three-day academic exchange.
