On October 17-18, 2011, Prof. Jiang invited Prof. Yingchang Liang from Singapore Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R) to visit Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics. Prof. Yingchang Liang gave a wonderful talk "Cognitive Radio Networks: The Reality and the Road Ahead".
