On May 4-5, 2009, Dr. Guosheng Cheng from Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-Bionics visited our lab. Dr. Guosheng Cheng gave a talk “Electronic Properties of Single Semiconductor Nanowires”. We had a deep discussion with Dr. Guosheng Cheng on the Nano-network.
