On December 27, 2019, "The East Lake International Forum for Outstanding Overseas Young Scholars in 2019" was successfully held in Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics (WNLO). Five scholars devoting to different research fields were invited to give the speech. They were Dr. Qiao Chen from the Queen Mary University of London, Dr. Fan Liu from the University College London, Dr. Kai Wan from the Technische University Berlin, Dr. Zhaorui Wang from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and Dr. Wenjuan Yu from the University of Surry respectively. Their speeches covered a variety of the advanced technologies in current wireless communication, such as the compressive sensing technique, the communication and radar spectrum sharing, the non-orthogonal multiple access, and so on, which gave much inspiration and instructions to our work.
