On September 25, 2019, Prof. Yan Zhang from Universitetet i Oslo gave a talk about "Edge Intelligence for Internet of Things". Edge intelligence is a new vision intended for mobile edge computation based on artificial intelligence. It can be used to deal with the computation offloading problem for the large-scale complex networks. This report introduced the theoretical models, the application sceneries and the future development of edge intelligence in detail, which benifits us a lot.
